Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for coffee orders will be acknowledged provided they are submitted within 24 hours of order placement. We collaborate with third-party courier partners, and the majority of orders across India are typically delivered within 4-7 business days, barring any unforeseen delays. Should the order fail to reach you within 10 days following dispatch, we will either dispatch a replacement or offer a complete refund for the identical order.abCoffee reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee on orders that abCoffee is compelled to cancel due to circumstances beyond abCoffee's control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: In the event that the address provided by you is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of delivering. Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to abCoffee, abCoffee shall not charge you any cancellation fee.

Shipping Policy:

All the orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
In case of any mishandling or problem max time of delivery would be 12 working days
Tracking ID will be provided on WhatsApp or SMS (For real-time update)
